Our BGB 6" x 60" Belt Grinder is expertly designed for flat-grinding and shaping, while also providing full contact wheel grinding capabilities for deburring and edging. The 6" x 18" flat platen is adjustable and can be resurfaced, and the solid work rest can be configured for mounting fences or other tools. The belt guard system ensures that only the platen and contact wheel areas are exposed, while still allowing easy access to the belt. With a 2hp Baldor motor and integrated variable frequency drive, this machine optimizes material removal and ensures flatness and belt longevity.
Our 6" x 60" grinder utilizes many of the same qualities and features as our 2" x 72" grinder.
We operate Bitterroot Handle Works manufacturing knife handle materials. We run this machine six days a week with excellent results. Like all Hard Core products it runs smooth and quiet and engineered to the highest standards of any equipment we have owned. This machine has paid for itself many times over and has never once had a failure after over 2000 hours of use.
