Lead Times for Custom-Made Products
All grinders and custom-made equipment are built to order and must call or email for order to be placed. Please allow 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship within the contiguous United States via UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Flat-Rate Options (standard parcels):

Carrier-Calculated Rates (UPS): Available at checkout for all orders. Rates are based on actual package dimensions and weight.
Estimated transit times after shipment:
- Economy: 5–8 business days
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- UPS Ground/Express: per UPS estimates at checkout
Large Item & Freight Shipping
Heavy or oversized grinders require special handling and may ship via freight carrier. Crating and packaging charges of $85–$240 apply depending on the size and weight of the equipment, in addition to freight costs which range from $250 - $500 depending on where you're located and if it is residential or commercial delivery. These charges will be clearly noted on your order.
For freight shipments:
- Delivery is to a loading dock or curbside unless liftgate service is arranged (additional fee may apply).
- Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is discovered.

International Shipping
We ship to 27 countries via USPS, DHL Express, and UPS. Carrier-calculated rates are displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country. These are not included in the shipping charge.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. DHL Express is typically the fastest option for international orders.
- Freight and oversized items are currently available for US domestic shipping only. International customers interested in large equipment should contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims
All shipments are insured for the declared value of the order. In the event of loss or damage:
- For visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us at josh@hardcoregrinderproducts.com or 909-627-3737 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging materials — carriers may require an inspection.
We will work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or DHL). If you have not received tracking information within your expected lead time, please contact us.
