The main difference from our previous line of high-quality belt grinders is the ability to easily adjust the main beam to a vertical or horizontal position and rotate it 300 degrees, providing access to all 7 available workstations. This allows for multiple workstations to be set up and functional simultaneously. The "compensating belt geometry" feature allows for quick changes of drive wheels by relocating the slack wheel, while maintaining consistent belt tension. Accommodations for a small wheel attachment are just as effortless by replacing the slack wheel with the small wheel workstation and quickly repositioning the detent located small wheel base. With a variable frequency driven motor, belt speeds can reach up to 4500 SFM. By adding an optional 8" or 10" drive wheel, the speed can be increased to 6000 and 7500 SFM respectively. The newly designed work rest tooling, usable in both vertical and horizontal positions, incorporates an elevating feature for maximum usage of your grinding belts.
Base Model - Includes 3" , 4" & 6" urethane coated wheels and 3 separate steel platens.
Fully Loaded - Included, on top of base model, 7 adjustable work rest stations, 1 vertical work rest & a small wheel workstation.
