The Maximizer Belt Grinder from Hardcore Grinders & Products is a versatile and robust tool designed to meet the diverse needs of metalworkers, fabricators, and knife makers. Key features include:

• Adjustable Orientation: Easily transitions between vertical and horizontal positions, with a 300-degree rotation capability, granting access to all seven workstations for simultaneous setups.

• Compensating Belt Geometry: Facilitates quick drive wheel diameter changes by repositioning the slack wheel, ensuring consistent belt tension during operations.

• Variable Speed Control: Equipped with a 1 1/2hp variable frequency drive motor (2hp option at additional cost), achieving belt speeds up to 4,500 surface feet per minute (SFM). Optional 8" or 10" drive wheels can increase speeds to 6,000 and 7,500 SFM, respectively.

• Enhanced Work Rest Tooling: Features a newly designed work rest usable in both vertical and horizontal orientations, incorporating an elevating mechanism for maximum belt utilization.

• Small Wheel Compatibility: Accommodates small wheel attachments by replacing the slack wheel with the small wheel workstation, allowing for quick repositioning and secure detent-based adjustments.

• Optional Accessories:

  • Small Wheel Workstation: Expands grinding capabilities with large bearing small wheels ranging from 5/16" to 2" in diameter, all clad with premium urethane.
  • Small Wheel Work Table: Precision-engineered tables with machined radius corners, available in various sizes to match specific small wheel diameters, enhancing support and safety.
  • LED Light Kit: Provides optimal illumination, specifically designed for the Maximizer Grinder.
