The O.G. Hardcore Grinder!
First introduced in 1997 after months of research and development, our 2" x 72" belt grinder boasts a quiet and smooth design. The 6061 beam, machined from solid billet, serves as the heart of the grinder and provides exceptional noise reduction. The beam also houses the belt tracking and tensioning device, protected from abrasive contamination. Highly sensitive adjustments for both tracking and tension allow for precise belt control. Changing belts is simple with a release lever located on the motor side of the beam. We've even included a spindle lock for easy contact wheel changes. The beam is also adjustable to suit your preferred working position. To ensure the key components are shielded from dust, the VFD drive is housed in the base of the Baldor motor and bolted to a heat sink to maintain low operating temperatures. Our grinders can be wired for 110v or 220v and are compatible with both 50 and 60hz for international use.
